- Make sure that you wash the spring onions thoroughly before cutting them and cooking them.
- After adding the spring onions, do not saute them for too long as you want to maintain their crunchiness and crispiness.
- Remember to saute the ingredients on high flame and while doing so keep stirring the ingredients to avoid them from burning.
- You can also use coarsely ground chana dal instead of the gram flour.
