Stuffed Bread Dahi Bade is an instant colorful appetizer.

Then garnish it with masala curd, sweet chutney, green chutney, coriander leaves, and some spices. The presentation is an impressive and delicious snack that includes an amazing taste of sour, and spicy.   • You can add desiccated coconut powder instead of fresh coconut.
  • Soak desiccated coconut powder in the water for 5 to 6 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Bread - 2 Slices
  • Milk - As required
  • Fresh coconut / Nariyal - 1/2 Cup grated
  • Black raisins - As required
  • Pomegranate seeds / Anardane - As required
  • Curd / Dahi - 1 Cup
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Roasted Cumin seeds Powder / Jeera Powder - As required
  • Red Chilli Powder / Lal mirch powder - As required
  • Sweet chutney / Meethi chutney - As required
  • Coriander- mint chutney / Hari Chutney - As required
  • Nylon Sev - As required
  • Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya -For garnishing
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take the bread slices, and cut their edges. Then dip it in milk and then squeeze out the milk by pressing them between your palms.
  2. Put fresh coconut, pomegranate seeds, and black raisins in the centre of a bread slice and carefully fold it inside and shape it like a vada. Likewise, prepare all vada and arrange them on a serving plate.
  3. Take curd in a bowl. Add salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  4. Pour it on all the vadas. Then add meethi chutney and coriander-mint chutney to all the vadas.
  5. Then add nylon sev on it. Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  6. 'Stuffed Bread Dahi Bade' is ready to be served.
