- Potato slices should be kept in the water.
- Potato slices should be added to the boiling water otherwise, the chips will turn black.
- Add oil while boiling the potato chips, so the chips will not stick together.
- Prepare the potato wafers after holi to store them for a year.
- You can fry wafers in any type of oil.
