Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Check the moyan by binding the flour. If it binds, the moyan is perfect. Else, add more ghee/oil.
- The triangle mathri should be pressed from the upper corner side only and then prick the mathri using a fork from the upper side so the layers of the mathri will be well visible.
- jaggery powder or sugar free powder can be used instead of powdered mishri.
