- You can use jaggery instead of sugar.
- The batter of the pancake should be of flowing consistency.
- Cook the pancake on low-medium flame with ghee. Because ghee makes it more flavourful.
- You can serve this pancake with Nimbu Mirch Ka Achar | Green Chilli & Lemon Pickle or Kairi Ka Achar | Mango Pickle or Mirchi Ke Tipore.
