- Achari masala can be stored in an airtight jar for 2 to 3 months.
- Leftover masala from any pickle can be used to prepare this paratha.
- Ghee can be used to prepare this paratha.
- Press the paratha with your hand after stuffing it to remove its air so, the achari masala will not come out.
