Ingredients

  • Semolina / Sooji - 1 Cup
  • Flattened Rice / Poha - 1 Cup
  • Dr. Oetker’s Pizza Topping All-In-One - As required
  • Curd / Dahi - 1 Cup
  • Water - As required
  • Fruit Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - As required
  • Grated Cheese - As required (optional)
  • Grated Cottage Cheese / Paneer - As required
  • Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful
  • Mustard seeds / Rai - 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 2 to 3 Chopped
  • tsp = teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take sooji and poha in a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds. Take it out to a bowl.
  2. Add curd, salt, and a little water. Mix well to prepare a medium thick batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Then add fruit salt and mix well.
  3. Heat a tawa. Apply oil to it. Then pour a ladleful of set dosa batter and spread it to make a thick dosa. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Now apply Dr. Oetker’s Pizza Topping All-In-One on it. Then add grated cheese, paneer, and coriander leaves on it.
  5. Now heat 1 tbsp of oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard seeds and green chilli. Mix well and add it to the prepared set dosa.
  6. Once done, turn off the flame and take it out to a serving plate.
  7. 'Instant Tadke Wala Set Dosa' is ready to be served.
