- Keep the flame low before adding curd, otherwise, it will curdle.
- The curd should be at room temperature.
- Keep stirring continuously after adding curd till it starts to boil otherwise, the curd will curdle.
- Veggies like potato, carrot, beans etc. Can be added to the gravy for different variations.
