- Add different coloured capsicums to make the sabji more colourful.
- Instead of ginger-green chilli paste, you can also add finely chopped ginger and green chili separately.
- Instead of fresh cream/ homemade malai, you can add milk.
- Adjust the spiciness and serve it hot for a better taste.
