Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Fruit salt (eno) is an important ingredient to make instant idli. Add fruit salt to the batter just before steaming the idli.
- It is important to boil the water in the steamer before putting the idli moulds. Else, the idli will not be fluffy.
- You can serve this idli with Coconut Chutney or Peanut Chutney.
- If you want you can pour tadka over idli before serving.
