Three Layered Sandwich | Veg Cheese Sandwich is a simple and quick sandwich prepared from bread, green chutney, veggies, cheese, and butter. It is pretty easy to prepare. The spiciness from the coriander chutney, the crunch from the veggies, and the amazing taste of cheese make this sandwich more and more delicious. Serve it as a breakfast or snack to everyone and relish it with the chutney or sauce or any hot or cold beverages. You can also be innovative and make your own fillings for this sandwich.   • Instead of grated cheese, you can use cheese slices.
  • Toast the sandwich in oil or ghee or butter as per your choice.
  • You can toast or grill the sandwich.
  • Use palak, corn, paneer, and other veggies to make it more nutritious.
  • Adjust the spice and serve it hot for better taste.

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour bread - 3 slices
  • Green chutney - as required
  • Onion - as required, finely chopped
  • Capsicum - as required, finely chopped
  • Salt - as required
  • Chaat masala - as required
  • Grated cheese - as required
  • Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. Take three bread slices and spread generously green chutney on each slice properly.
  2. Top the 2 bread slices with onion and capsicum.
  3. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala on both the bread slices.
  4. Now, sprinkle the grated cheese on the top.
  5. Thereafter, from the 2 slices, keep one slice at the bottom and another slice on it.
  6. Lastly, place the green chutney spread slice at the top and press it gently.
  7. Heat a pan. Apply butter on the top of the sandwich and place the butter spread side to the pan and press it gently. Allow it to toast for a few seconds on a low to medium flame.
  8. Now, spread butter on the top and flip it. Press it gently and allow it to toast for a few seconds.
  9. Transfer it to a serving plate and cut it into halves.
  10. Delicious Three Layered Sandwich | Veg Cheese Sandwich is ready to be served.
