Vegetable Paneer Uttapam is a delicious and healthy dish.

Vegetable Paneer Uttapam is a quick and easy to prepare using simple ingredients. This requires some veggies, paneer/cottage cheese and homemade dosa batter. You can serve this dish as a breakfast or lunch or snack even dinner. It goes well with any type of chutney and sambar for a complete meal. Everyone in the family will love this dish. Ingredients

  • Idli-Dosa Batter - as required
  • Chopped Capsicum - as required
  • Chopped Onion - as required
  • Chopped Tomato - as reqiored
  • Grated Paneer/Cottage cheese - as required
  • Oil - as required for roasting

Instructions

  1. Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick tawa. Grease it with little oil.
  2. Then pour a spoonful of batter and spread it little bit. Keep it thick.
  3. Put chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, grated paneer/cottage cheese. Press then little bit with a spatula. Cover and cook it on a low flame by covering with a lid.
  4. Sprinkle some oil on top and flip it. Let it cook from another side as well on a low flame. Once cooked from both the sides,take it out on a serving plate.
  5. Delicious 'Vegetable Paneer Uttapam' is ready to be served.
