Dhaniya Chutney | Coriander Chutney is a popular and flavorful chutney.

Dhaniya Chutney | Coriander Chutney is an extremely delicious, quick, and most popular chutney prepared from fresh Coriander leaves. It pairs amazingly with all types of snacks. This chutney is a nice accompaniment with veg sandwich, fritters, dhokla, dabeli, or burger. It is very handy when you want to apply it to your toasts or bread slice or as a dip with some finger food or snacks. Ingredients

  • Dhaniya/ coriander leaves - 1 bowl (100 gram), finely chopped
  • Green chili - 4 medium-sized
  • Roasted peanuts - 1 small bowl
  • Kala namak (black salt) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon or as required
  • Hing/ asafoetida - a pinch
  • Jeera - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 1 or 1(1/2) tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves, green chili, roasted peanuts, black salt, salt, hing, jeera, lemon juice, and water. Grind it to a fine paste for 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl.
  3. Delicious Dhaniya Chutney | Coriander Chutney is ready to be served.
