Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:
- Whole wheat flour should be sprinkled on the stuffing to soak excess water of stuffing.
- Oil can be used instead of ghee to roast the paratha.
- You can add veggies as per choice and availability.
- Any type of bhujiya can be used.
- Corn flour should be added to the grated cheese, to prevent it from becoming soggy or sticky.
- paneer can be added instead of cheese.
- Roll out the paratha from the edges so, the stuffing will not come out.
- Press the paratha while cooking it to make it crispy and cook it well.
