Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- To make shrikhand, only thick curd is required. So, hang the curd for at least 4 to 5 hours. You can keep the curd in the muslin cloth in the refrigerator overnight too.
- This is a basic recipe for shrikhand. You can make many variations using fruits like mango, strawberry, or dry fruits.
- You can adjust sweetness as per your choice.
